Mandy wears 8 thinking hats at a high level from different perspectives to develop promotion strategies and protect brand reputation from PR, social media, event management, crisis management, marketing communications, partnership, market automation, and advertising. She employs a thorough strategy to secure comprehensive and impactful campaigns, catering to a wide range of communication requirements.

Offering more than 10 years of experience in the public relations industry, Mandy served as Assistant Marketing Manager at Humansa, the first-class health & wellness under New World Group with over 40 outlets in the Greater Bay Area, overseeing PR, marketing communications, and event management. During their period at Humansa, she led a global PR firm from the brand announcement of new strategic focus to the official opening of the Humans | Victoria Dockside flagship with Dr Adrian Cheng (CEO of New World Development Group) as the guest of honour. She then worked in a start-up medical group as a Marketing Manager, leading a young & energetic team of 7 of the marketing team and design team, based in Hong Kong & Malaysia. The last trade show she led brought the company over 500% ROl.

Prior to Assistant Marketing Manager of Humansa, she was the in-house PR under the Dyson Division in Jebsen Consumer Co. Ltd., managing PR, social media and event campaigns in Hong Kong region. During the period working with Dyson team, she secured over 200 media coverage and over 300 KOLs coverage in one year. She started her career at Blink Event & PR Consultant, where she developed an extensive client portfolio from different industries, the last role at Blink she served was Account Manager.
